Recruitment of head of Japanese professional department
1. Job description
– Learn, analyze markets and competitors to develop development strategies,
– Search, exploit customers (unions, receiving units), manage and care customers.
– Planning work, welcoming customers when coming to Vietnam to recruit.
– Quarterly work in Japan to expand market, customer care.
– Participate in conferences, workshops, associations in Japan to seek and invite cooperation contracts
– Train and support employees in developing customers in Japan and Vietnam.
– Handle situations arising at the request of partners and upon request of the Executive Board of the company.
Job requirements
– Male / female graduated from University or higher;
– N2 Japanese and above
– There are qualities and management, leadership and proactive capabilities in work.
– Understanding of the country, business environment and Japanese people (preferably candidates who have studied, worked in Japan or worked for Japanese businesses in Vietnam);
– Having good thinking and analysis ability; have clear career goals;
– Good negotiation, communication and persuasion skills;
– Working style fast, attentive, careful;
– Having the skills to work independently, Having skills in assigning jobs, planning ….
