WORK CONTENT:

Operate hand tools and air-powered tools, clean the working environment

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

– Quantity: 2 females

– Participated in the audition: 4 women

– Age: 19 – 20 years old

– Education: Level 2

– Height requirement: .> 158 cm

– Weight requirement: > 50 kg

– Marital status: KYC

– Experience: No experience required

– Other requirements: Good-natured, good-looking appearance (send form with photo of yourself), only accept northern workers.

WELFARE REGIME:

​- Basic salary: NT$23,800/month

– Fixed shift time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m

-Overtime: Average 80 hours/month

– Accommodation deduction: NT$2,500/month

(Providing lunch on workdays and dinner during overtime)

– Regime: Health insurance, social insurance according to Taiwanese law

– Other benefits: According to the contract signed with the company

– Contract term is 3 years

PROFILE & RECRUITMENT EXAM:

​- Must fully meet the health requirements of labor exporters.

– Health examination at the hospital meets medical examination standards for labor exporters. Or hospitals as designated by TAMICO.

TRAIN:

– Before going to Taiwan to work, workers will be trained according to the procedures of factories working in Taiwan.

– At TAMICO’s training centers, we will fully guide you on the skills, ways of living, learning the language, and how to behave in Taiwanese culture to orient and help avoid surprises when going abroad.
