Labour export process

Section 1: Candidates for a medical examination at a licensed hospital examine workers who go to work abroad. Go to the company to get a referral and to the hospital chosen by the company for a health examination.

Item 2: Go to the special deposit company and enroll. Learn to introduce yourself, learn about the exam requirements of orders such as skillful exam, IQ test, physical exam, paper cut, pea pick up …

Section 3: Meet the owner or representative of Japanese company to take the exam. Exams usually include: skills test (if the order requires skills such as: May, mechanics ..), skill test of hand, interview through translation (this is the most important stage).

Section 4: Winners are usually paid after 1 week to pay 1/2 of the total amount, then go to learn Japanese, study Japanese culture or learn more skills if the employer requires. Usually the order after the admission to study from 4 to 5 months is exit.

Section 5: Japan Labor Export Company does all. It usually takes about 3-4 months for the Japanese union and enterprise to apply for the status of residence. When there is a residence status, the company in Vietnam only works for about 2 weeks to have a visa to exit.

Section 6: When a visa is available, pay 1/2 of the remaining money and the company usually gives home about 1 week to transfer the necessary supplies to take. On the day of departure, the company went to the company to take the airport to exit procedures. When going to Japan, the people of the Japanese company will welcome the union to learn orientation, study culture, learn how to work and adapt. The company’s people will guide about 1 week to get used to living environment in Japan. About 15 days to 20 days go to the reception company to start working. Note: from November 1, 2017 onwards, to this item 6, all will be gone, but from November 1, 2017 (applied from 2018) onwards, applying the new Japanese trainee law with more items below.

Section 7: After the expiry of the contract, the term 3 will be extended for another 2 years. Trainees have the right to choose another company in Japan to apply for and work or continue for the company to receive the first time for 2 years to 5 years. But before going on for another 2 years, they must return to the country for more than 1 month as prescribed, then return to work.

Section 8: Under the law of internship, after the expiration of 3 years of signing for 2 more years, the trainee is required to return to Vietnam at least 1 month to visit the family. Then come back for another 2 years.

Section 9: After returning home for 1 month, return to work for 2 years (no cost is lost, only flight ticket is lost). According to the law, the company dispatches and the receiving company is not allowed to charge a contract for a 2-year term. At this point, the new Japanese labor export process 2018 ends.

Note: Even if you go in 2015 – 2016 – 2017, from November 1, 2017, it will be applied according to this new process. This means that if you run out of contract for the first time from November 1, 2017 onwards, it will be extended for 2 more years. As for those who are new to joining, and by 2018 exit, this process is of course applied.
