ORDER FOR WORKERS IN FACTORY

JOB CONTENT: Basic machine operations, welding, factory installation, import and export support, iron door installation
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

– Quantity: 1 male

– Participate in the entrance exam: 2 men

– Age: 25-30 years old

– Education: From secondary school or higher

– Height/weight requirement: >165 /50-70

– Marital status: KYC

– Experience: Have skills related to electric welding, the job requires outside installation, not in the workshop. It’s okay if you don’t know how to weld, but volunteer to learn and volunteer to work outside the workshop.

– Other requirements: Good health, healthy lifestyle, eager to learn and work, no smoking…. (only accept northern workers)

WELFARE REGIME:

​- Basic salary: NT$23,100/month

-Overtime according to factory orders, currently working overtime about 60-80 hours/month

– Accommodation deduction: 2500 NTD, company provides lunch on work days and dinner if working overtime

– Electricity and water minus 500 NTD

– Regime: Health insurance, social insurance according to Taiwanese law

– Other benefits: According to the contract signed with the company

– Contract term is 3 years

PROFILE & RECRUITMENT EXAM:

​- Must fully meet the health requirements of labor exporters

– Health examination at the hospital meets medical examination standards for labor exporters. Or hospitals as designated by TAMICO

TRAIN:

– Before going to Taiwan to work, workers will be trained according to the procedures of factories working in Taiwan.

– At TAMICO’s training centers, we will fully guide you on skills, ways of living, learning the language, and how to behave in Taiwanese culture to orient and help avoid surprises when going abroad.
